Any "nice" suburban area of LA co. is not "affordable", and most of the run down areas are becoming UN-affordable also.

the cities you mention are in Los Angeles COUNTY, but NOT in LA ( many people don't know the difference ), and to answer your Q, you would need to look at many factors in each area: housing costs, schools, transportation, employment, and so on, then compare the different areas
