What to do?

So.. you had ''lunch'' - scratch that -- SEX-- with your ex bf... whom you knew he was involved with someone else.. took you to their apartment.... in THEIR bedroom... and you're hurt? Imagine how hurt SHE will be over this. You need to stay away from this ex of yours... clearly he is no good for you, or his current girlfriend. Let me guess, he is an ex to you in the first place because he... cheated on you, right? Or their was some form of cheating involved prior to you two being exes? Does the phrase 'Once a cheater always a cheater' mean anything to you? Listen, I am sorry that its harsh - but speaking from experience it is very much the truth.

If you slept with him, knowing fully well he was involved with another woman - you are just as much to blame as he is. So you both in fact, SHOULD BE feeling pretty badly about it... however, as for your feelings being hurt - my guess is that this would not be the first time your feelings have been hurt by this dbag. Let him go! He is no good for you and you deserve better than him.. and so does that poor woman he is currently with.. which i can only assume, will not find out about the cheating. Delete his number. Change yours. Block him on social media.. and find someone else... you BOTH DESERVE BETTER THAN A CHEATER!

Don't ever have sex with an ex, particularly one who is with someone else. No wonder you feel horrible. Now you just have to be very clear and block this guy's number. He used you, plain and simple and you don't need that ever. You'll recover only when you give up the idea that he isn't for you.

Tell him of this is leading somewhere to break up with his girlfriend otherwise your going to have to let him go
