Nobody does the Yahoo System does it Its Based on how many Views and Answers a Question gets if it gets a lot of Views and Answers it will Likely make it into the Discover Section

I always find it strange that some disgusting questions seem to stay up, then others get taken down. This website just gets wakier and wackier every single day.

It may compile off of questions in categories you've recently participated in, but that's just a guess. I don't usually pay attention to the "Answer Questions" list on the sideboard. I just go to the categories that interest me, and work my way down the list.
