Going on holiday and menstural cup?

I have irregular periods but the last 2 month they have been on the 1st of the month but typical i’m going on holiday on monday and my period didn’t come on the first this month. I do have sore boobs and a bit of cramping so i can tell it’s on the way (i’m not pregnant)

My question is can i wear a menstural cup on a plane? And is it ok going through security with it in?

    it should not set off anything in security unless your menstral cup has some type of spring coil like a diaphram would have.
