Can I control the types of questions in my feed ? I’m getting sick of politics and obvious answer questions.?

You can click on any category you desire. The YA home page lists the most recent and active questions, and it just so happens the Politics subcategory is very active (due to all the trolling and bickering). An algorithm selects the posts that slow up on the home page, we can't choose what to see there other than to filter for questions with no Best Answer (by clicking customize feed at the upper right of the question list).

yes go to customized feeds, click manage then, then pick everything EXCEPT FOR Politics & Government....
