how do i delete these answers and the hacker?

    Keep trying to report them as much as possible.

    You can't delete any answers. You can only report them. And you can't block the accounts neither because the spammer will make new ones and keep on spamming.

    You can't. Ignore it. Verizon will fix the dilemma when they can.
