i put a listing ad without address so as 2get the sale. but people ask 4 address how 2 decline nicely. once i give address theydon't need me?

    Not sure how you think someone would want to buy a home they don't know the address of.

    Tell them the owners prefer you not give the address out until an appointment to show the property has been agreed to. Mostly just for privacy reasons I'm sure you'll understand.

    I'd say something like that.
