If it is listed on the MLS then they can get their own agent and you can not prevent it. You can only do that if you have an agent and he lists it only on his own agencies web site.

You are nuts to even try to hide the address. They have a right to use their own agent & you have no right to take that away! Nobody is going to buy a house without knowing were it is & looking at it. This sounds like you are trying to scam people.

This makes no sense and whether or not you're an agent you need to work on our grammar and punctuation. If you're the listing agent your job is to sell the home.

Are you an agent? Where I am only agents can collect a fee for selling someone a house though other people can collect a referral fee (typically from the agent) if you know of a house - but this is usually voluntary from the agent. I'm going to assume you are not an agent since an agent probably wouldn't ask such a basic questions so if you have a house they may be interested in just ask them if they will pay you a referral fee if they buy the place. Maybe $1000, little enough money that they will probably just pay it, no real sense in stiffing you out of that on a 300K purchase (though they still could). Honestly thats all the info is probably worth (and maybe not even that) but you can ask for more if you think you can get it.

Do you have an agent? Then why worry - agents split commission, you do not pay extra. And without an address, nnless you are doing FSBO using strictly word of mouth, ow do you plan on getting people to view the house (never mind sell it to someone).

This makes no sense.
No one is going to buy a house without an address. Trying to withhold that makes you look sketchy as hell.
