What is the ideal diet for someone with fatty liver, high BP, high uric acid, high cholesterol and high blood sugar?

High fat, no (low) carbs, lots of water (at least eight 8-oz glasses per day), increased salt (no, salt doesn't raise the blood pressure, but it does regulate blood sugar), no water substitutes (soft drinks, alcohol, etc), exercise (walking is good).

Eat what you want (with the above limitations), but maintain a 1200 - 1500 per day calorie intake.
