What is the area of a circumscribed circle of a triangle whose sides are of length 6,8 and 10?

    For this the radius of the circumcircle is 5 units. Note it is a variant of a 3,4,5 Pythagorean triangle which must contain a right angle: since the angle in a semi circle is 90 deg, the hypotenuse must also be the diameter of the circle.

    As you have three sides you can also use the radius formula (for which google) but that is not necessary.

    Area is thus 25 pi or 78.54 units

    This is a right triangle, so the hypotenuse is the diameter of the circumscribed circle, whose area is therefore 25*pi, about 78.6
