I’m seeing this guy and last time we talked was Friday night and we were supposed to go out tonight. He said he was free today ( Sunday) so I texted him at 10 am asking if we’re still on for tonight and he hasn’t even read my message...

No. If you had a date and he’s a no-show then you got stood up, especially if you were waiting where you two were supposed to meet. From what you said, he only mentioned he was free Sunday.

It's not night yet! If he doesn't contact you by dark though it's likely true. Could be he just forgot. Or got busy doing family stuff.

Then CALL him -- that is another use for your phone. You haven't been stood up until you are standing somewhere you were supposed to meet and he doesn't show up. Saying "I'm free Sunday," is not the same as making a date.
There are 100 reasons why he might not have responded. The phone could be off. He could be at church or exercises. He could be with another woman. He could be trying to line up something cool to do, or looking for some excuse why he can't go out with you. Call and see if he picks up. If he doesn't, then don't wait around and don't contact him again. He knows how to reach you if he is interested.
