Why do I say weird things all the time?

I don't know what to do.  I am 54 and I always say weird things and do weird things.  I act so childish sometimes. Example I said to my boss at work, "Can I ask you a question since your standing there doing nothing?"
Example: My daughters hamster died and I showed my inlaws how the hamster looked when it died and I layed on the floor and showed them.  WHO DOES THIS???? Later that day I realize and tell myself, "why would you do this"  It is so embarrassing.  Why do I do these things?  Please help

That's how your personality is and if people like you that way, why change?

Nothing weird about any of that in my opinion. I do it too. I think it’s who you are. Don’t change. (I’m 47 btw).
