Notice that the game collects the players £1 coin, whether or not it pays out £3.
Lily inserted a total of £12 (because she played 12 times).
If she got £6 profit, she must have been paid out £18 in winnings,
so she won 6 games (at £3 each)
and lost the other 6 games.
Mila inserted a total of £25.
If she had a loss of £4, then she must have been paid out £21 in winnings,
so she won 7 games
and lost the other 18 games.
Thus, Mila won more games (7 rather than 6).
I don't know exactly what math you're studying,
so I don't know how your instructor will expect your answer to look.
If, for instance, you're studying algebra, you might let
w represent the number of wins, and
g represent the number of games played.
The player's profit would then be
3w - p
(where a loss is represented by a negative profit)
and you'd just have to plug in the numbers for the two cases:
3w - 12 = 6 (for Lily)
3w - 25 = -4 (for Mila)
and solve for w in each case.
