Does anyone have sleep apnea?
When I was first told that I have sleep apnea, I didn't believe it at first but then I realized that with the weight issues, having trouble staying awake and snoring at night. So one night I went in for a sleep study. And the following weekend, I received that I do have it. And the company provided me a cpap machine. At first I didn't feel like using it and it was no big deal. But it is. So every night, i have the water tank filled up with distilled water and start using whenever I'm ready to go to sleep. So now i realize that sleep apnea is no laughing matter and needs to be taken care of.

I have this and loosing weight is not the answer. I too have tried the apparatus but couldn't deal with the sounds it gave off and the oxygen mask digged into my face. This kind of treatment must stem from the dark ages and there must be something better in 2019. I have the killer disease emphysema and the tablets subscribed do not help. Do you have any breathing problems ?

If you're overweight, losing the weight can rid you of this issue (as you likely know)
I hope you'll consider it for your general health and well being. There are "diets" out there which a lot of people are using as a way of eating for life -- I prefer Ketogenic, and have been eating this way for a few years. I feel great, and i'm not young.
