There's evidence that hypnotherapy can enhance results of standard treatments for anxiety. That's not saying it's the best adjunct therapy for anxiety.

No. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is the most effective treatment. If the patient is cooperative, great improvements happen within four to six months.
