How come I never remember any of my dreams?
I know everyone has dreams but how come I can’t remember any of them? Is there a scientific explanation?

I believe it is probably because you are pretty well adjusted.
I believe dreams do a lot of work while we're asleep. They help us work out things in our lives subconsciously, so that may be why we don't remember a lot of them. I know sometimes, too, I wake up and I remember I was dreaming, and I may even remember what I was dreaming about for a few seconds, but then I can't remember the dream at all.
If you do remember a dream, it might be because it was very pleasant or positive, or because it is trying to tell you something. Especially if a dream bothers you or is recurring, I think then it is really trying to tell you something.
Therefore, perhaps you are lucky that there is nothing going on in your life right now that is so disturbing that you remember your dreams and/or you are very well adjusted. : )

I normally only remember my dreams if I am awoke during one, seldom does it happen though. I can have some pretty strange dreams while using NyQuil though, maybe you can try a dose and a half?

One possibility is because you sleep too deeply. It has been shown that people who don t sleep very deeply tend to remember their dreams more so thus could be the reason you don t remember them if your a very deep and sound sleeper

Most people don't remember their dreams
Probably because your dreams happen while you're sleeping.
