Is there a formula to calculate vibration magnitude (mm/s) from Velocity (VdB)?

No. Velocity of a wave has no relation to its amplitude.

No. The speed of the wave in a string ( or even a longitudinal wave such as air ) is a constant figure whether the amplitude is small or large.

So there is no particular correlation between the wave velocity and its amplitude. ( which is what I am assuming you mean by "vibration magnitude" )
