Vitamins for mouth sores?

I'm currently having a canker sore outbreak in my mouth. What kind of Vitamins should I take to help speed the healing. At the moment i'm taking 1000MG Lysine tablets every 12 hours.

    Stop eating crappy food.. that's likely the main cause of the sores in your mouth. Get some plain yogurt and hold it in your mouth or better yet, use milk of magnesia and hold it in your mouth. You can spit it out after. Or apply with q-tips.

    i would go see your doctor about it so he can give you sonnething for it
