    I am going to have to say the Pilot, just because I loved the introduction of everyone minus Juliet..

    then I would say the musical episode

    also the Yin/Yang episodes..

    Don't remember the title but the episode had a guy talking to his ghost friend, a witch, a guy living in a public toilet stall and the straight laced cop telling Shaun to go all out crazy to scare the new female cop off. That was a fun episode.
