What would you do?
My ex bf and I were each other's firsts and we had that strong feeling for each other. We both have been talking as friends til recently he used me for sex and then tells me the other day that he's thinking about getting his gf an engagement ring but says we can still be friends. I told him to make sure it's what he wanted cuz of all the complaints he made to me about her. She has Crohn's disease, is sick majority of the time, they both hardly see and spend time with each other, at times they get into bad arguments and he can't do anything fun and stuff like he had with me. We both went on double dates, hung out more and other things.

If I were you I would definitely X him out of your life. He sounds toxic and he sounds like he loves playing with your feelings. Find someone better, trust me you can do better than someone that uses you for sex, has a girlfriend, is engaging her and is your ex for that matter that goes to you for his complaints. Problems between couples should be between him and her. Get rid of him. He’s not a friend

well if you have feelings for him i think you should tell him how you feel and if not its his decision to marry her if thats what he wants to do you re gonna have to let him but thats just my personal opinion
