Don't smoke or drink alcohol. That will age you, your liver, your lungs, and your heart faster than anything.

coconut oil for skin, plenty of water , sleep, and a big one is staying out of the sun ...and using good sunblock for when you are in the sun.

For me, just don't smile a lot or laugh because I will get wrinkles easily and that will make me look older.

Skin lotion I guess, working out and eating good. Also not being in the sun for so long that you get tans all the time while later getting wrinkles, cause there are many ways the sun is damaging to the skin. I'm not saying never go out in the sun but don't get to the point where it damages your skin. Like being at the beach all day everyday if you're in those hot places like Florida or California or Hawaii for ex.

It's the same as for general health: eat a good diet, get plenty of exercise, get regular sleep and try not to get too stressed out.
