Isn't the homeless problem in America, and powerful leadership (whom no one dare oppose) a qualification? Should America, after the Butterfly Ballot incident in Florida, run elections in Iraq (claiming that they need to have honest elections?). Perhaps the US doesn't look at its own actions with the same critical eye that it views the world? The bible says that we should not comment about the splinter in someone's eye while ignoring the log in our own eye.

Look at Panama. Daddy Bush took out Noriega and the country was improved significantly. I’d fed kids in the jungle there previously who were barely human anymore. They had no parents and had constructed a makeshift shelter of whatever they could scrounge. It was heartbreaking to say the least. The US took the dictator out, doing the people of Panama a huge favor.
