Why did someone's question get deleted for being in Arabic?

Someone asked "Are you a foreigner?" in Arabic and for some reason it got removed. How is that offensive? Are we censoring out anyone who is different now?

    It's not about "offensive". Read the guidelines that you agreed to.

    Questions in other languages are not allowed here.

    Questions in unintelligible English are not allowed here

    Questions about the answerer are not allowed here

    Probably because they posted it in the English language section. After so many gibberish and Chinese language posts taking over the site, users report stuff like that fast to keep it out so it doesn't take over the forum again.
