What are some traditional book publishers in Texas that publish a variety of genres?

Cinco Puntos Press is a book publisher based in El Paso. However, keep in mind that they publish mostly about Mexican-American, border literature. You can always try to publish with university press such as the University of Texas Press, Rice University, Texas A&M, or Texas Tech. Keep in mind that most university presses only publish a few fiction works each year, and such fiction works are in literary fiction, that is the fiction for academics, not the one that sells. Other than that, you are not going to find a lot of presses that publish fiction in Texas. Most of them are in California or New York. However, if you write poetry, that's a different story.
