It's not horrible, but it's not great. If you don't know who will be reading it, best to use a "to whom it may concern."
To Whom it May Concern,
I have attached to this letter a copy of my CV. I look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity (feel free to be more specific, i.e "I look forward to speaking to you about this teaching position."). Thank you for your time.

It will be worth your time to research the actual name and title of the person to whom your letter should be addressed. "Dear Sir/Madam" sounds lazy and old-fashioned.
You may want to do a google search for "sample cover letter for job applications". Yours is so brief as to sound dismissive. And when you say "I am waiting for your feedback," it sounds like a superior talking to an inferior.
