I woke up three times last night to a racing heart and palpitations?

Im a hypochondriac so hats hwy im asking. Im 16 and ive seen my pediatrician for my palpitations but i believe she thinks its just anxiety. Im seeing a cardiaologist in march but i just dont feel right? Was is just a really bad anxiety attack or is it skmething i should worry about? (I have severe anxiety and depression, anxiety and heart disease runs through my family)
