If I get disqualified from the United States Air Force Academy can I reapply?

You can apply each year, but your chances of selection are vanishingly small.

Consider how competitive it is to get into the Academy. Consider the number of applicants they get. Every one of them has been an exceptional student, done well in sports, has a plethora of extracurricular activities, etc. How do you select the best applicants? There is very little that separates applicants from each other.

Now consider: From that pile of applicants, you have thousands who did everything asked of them. What does it say about an applicant who can't even get the paperwork in on time? Everybody else did. The Academy exists to train officers. The USAF has high expectations of its officers. They expect them to be able to do hard things on their own -- things much harder than completing paperwork on time.

You are certainly free to re-apply for next year's class. I would not be optimistic. At this point, AFROTC is probably your best bet. USAFA has your information, you didn't complete the process, and they DQ'd you. When all of your competition is exceptional, it doesn't take much to knock you out of the running. Apply, but don't plan on it. Keep looking at your other options.

Yes, you can reapply. However, you are going to be at a bit of a disadvantage. While there is a small percentage of cadets with a year (or even two) of college, most came straight out of high school or the prep school. It's been a quarter of a century since I filled out an application (which was on paper then), so I don't remember if there was a question that asked whether or not you had applied before, but someone in admissions will probably see your incomplete application from the previous year. There is also a good chance that it will come up in interviews with your ALO and possibly with the panels that your members of Congress might use to screen potential nominees.

Sure you can. And they will turn you down again. They want 18 year olds right out of high school if at all possible or prior enlisted who proved themselves. They do not want people who can not even get the paperwork right.
