Is it safe to eat ice cream during pregnancy ?
I am 13 weeks and I’ve been craving sweets. I ate mini kit Katz yesterday then had a big cookie today now I’m craving ice cream should I wait a few days or will it hurt my baby if I eat it tonight? I eat regular food too so it’s not just sweets.

Of course it is. You can also eat soft cheese, rare steak, sushi, hotdogs, lunch meat, runny eggs, and pretty much every other food "they" tell you to avoid during pregnancy because those recommendations come from outdated beliefs about food safety. The ONLY foods that need to be avoided are foods that have been mishandled or are from questionable sources, because that increases the risk of harmful contaminants. So no potato salad that's sat out for 3 hours at a picnic on a 100 degree summer day.

Yes it is safe - but all things in moderation if you can (pregnancy can be hard). Excessive sugar loads all the time may not be "great" for you, your blood work, or the baby.... check with your OB/GYN.
Generally tho it should be okay - far better than drugs, alcohol or jumping off bridges: none of which I'd recommend. Mozal Tov!
