Medical-Use aside, what's your stance on Marijuana legalization? Illegal, decriminalization, or completely legal?

I have a personal bias and don't like for the drug/plant, but I also think it's overkill to place someone on gov't probo (or even jail) for small quantity possession.

I say decriminalize it. What do you think?

i think your about right .. filling the jails with potheads is a waste of taxpayer money, they arnt hurting anything ... and i think legalization of it would create a booming grass roots farming industry simply for its industrial uses .. it would greatly help the economy ..

I think it's a gateway drug for many people.

Legalize it, regulate it, and tax the hell out of it. New revenue stream for federal, state and local governments. New cash crops for farmers (not just for rec/medical use but also other uses of the plant), and stops wasteful spending of prosecuting and jailing users for a drug that has been shown to be less harmful than alcohol.

it should be legal, regulated and taxed, roughly on par with the way alcohol and tobacco are handled

Full illegal, and increase penalties drastically. Marijuana has no place in our society.
