They only got a foothold with the People when they argued against:

Now they're going against ANY physical barrier being finished.

Even the one THEY started.

Even the one California already has.

Would provide $1.375 billion to build 55 miles of new border barriers that can be made of bollard fencing but not concrete as Trump once proposed
