No, it is not OK for Trump to declare a national emergency over the wall..This is not even close to Bush's declaration after 9/11.. It's a power grab & it will probably back-fire on him & maybe create similar trivial national emergencies in the future..It likely won't get by the Supreme Court.. But if it does: Guns... Depending on what Dems come up, is not going to get by the Supreme Court & the 2nd amendment..But, stupid climate change emergencies just might.. Or maybe some future health care emergency. Mandatory vaccinations comes to mind...Maybe some form of free speech considered dangerous or mentally ill.. It's a slippery slope that Trump is taking us down.
