Pal and NTSC are a thing of the past, they don’t really matter anymore.
European TVs were set to 25fps (PAL) and American TVs were set to 29.97fps (NTSC) which meant different consoles were released to support each version. Due to modern technologies, this is no longer an issue. A HDMI cable will automatically adjust frame rate and resolution output.
To answer the question, yes it will work. There will be 0 differences unless the game was censored in the country it was made for.
