Help with packages not being delivered to right house?

I've sent 2 packages to the same address in the past month both times tracking said " delivered" but the person did not receive it. Each had $50 insurance. What can I do?

This person did receive their package twice before these incidents I don't believe they are lying.

    Require a signature...try a different carrier.

    You could call the post office and speak to the station manager who will then speak to the carrier. Sometimes they are pretty good at remembering packages delivered to specific addresses.

    You could use a different carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. If the packages keep going missing, you better rethink the honesty of your customer.
