What's your signature dish?

Leg of lamb with roasted vegetables.

Pina Colada Pancakes.

I don't have one. I can make practically anything and have it turn out excellent.

I make a freakin' good veggie stir-fry.

Tuna Casserole but not your typical tuna casserole.

I also do a mean beef roast in a wine sauce I have developed over the years.

Okay why is someone thumbs downing all these excellent replies? How can you thumbs down someone else's signature dish/s?

I've more than one, but recently I've made ; -

Pork fillet medallions in a mushroom & mustard sauce.

Teriyaki belly pork & pan fried noodles.

Turkey/lemon & herb meatballs with pasta.

Chicken & mushroom pie.

Oven burgers [like salsbury steak] in onion gravy.

Goats cheese & red bell pepper quiche.
