    Celtics are the best team in the NBA among the NBA team you have mentioned, but if you are asking among the entire NBA team, then Warriors are best.

    It's The Golden State Warriors No Doubt.

    The Second Best Team in The League are The Bucks. They've The Best Player in The East. Nobody really expect to be Good this year. The Real Reason why I didn't say The Bucks are The Best Team because They've not won a Playoff Series since 2001. They got The Best Player in the east so, They need to prove it If, They can get to The Eastern Conference or NBA Finals this year.
