What's the best way to get myself arrested by police without having to hurt or violate anyone?

Heard prison folks serve tasty food.

    Shoplift at Albertson's grocery and then mouth off at a cop when he arrests you. This got me arrested. And jail food is crap.

    ah that is too easy.... you hold a bottle of beer while driving and go pass a police car. they will arrest you.
