why do people claim that Trump is violating the emoluments clause when payment for services rendered from a business are not Emoluments?

ALL the president's businesses and investments are supposed to be in a blind trust , not in an offsprings hands . every time he goes to mar a lago and charges the taxpayer for the secret service rooms he is in VIOLATION .

Because they cling onto whatever they can to try to frame him as a terrible person, all the while turning a blind eye to the fact that their champions are terrible people that violate the law several times the year ranging from tax fraud and embezzlement to pedophilia and ACTUALLY colluding with foreign entities.
