Feel sort of disconnected and dizzy all the time, please help!?
Ever since winter break, I've been feeling sort of off. It's a feeling of lightheadedness and it has continually gotten worse (today I had to leave my class and went to the nurse crying because I felt so uneasy). It's really hard to explain, my eyes feel tired and I feel like I might pass out, but I never have. It's such an uncomfortable feeling and I feel as if I might live with this forever. I have an anxiety disorder, which may be worsening it or even causing it in the first place.
I went to the doctor about a week ago, she just told it could be cause i don't get enough iron (I'm a very picky eater and don't eat a lot of good foods and I also don't eat meat besides chicken). She told me to drink water and eat better, but could that really be it? I don't know, has anyone else ever felt dizzy, panicky, lightheaded, and tired all at the same time???? It has been effecting my everyday life and it makes me scared to do things taht require me to stand for long amounts of time (I haven't passed out, but still). someone please help or give advice!!
I'm a 15 yo female and I might have my period soon (I haven't had it in a couple months tho). :(((( this really sucks and i dont feel super confident with my doctors answer. I still am not eating the best, but im trying to get a little more iron in and drink more water. Could that really cause me to feel so horrible???
