    No, but maybe baby Northern California, but only culturally. Denver would have to stop being a frozen tundra four or five months a year to actually pull off being NoCal's baby.

    Maybe a small San Francisco. Most of Colorado is conservative, as most of California is except for San Fran and Los Angeles.
