Windows XP Shut Down options?

is there any way to set all the windows XP buttons (Stad by, Turn off, Restart) to all do the same function namely sleep?

    first congratulations on still using Windows XP, it was the best operation system out there

    I am not sure if you can do that with XP, but with windows 7 in the control panel there is a power options there , you can go into advance setting and change what all the buttons do - I never tried that when I had XP so I dont know if it will work

    Hi as it each individual window is a operating system usually in it's own right.
