Those who are currently paying for healthcare for some -- but they'll be paying less. The U.S. spends about twice as much per person for healthcare for some as other countries spend for healthcare for all. Healthcare for all will save us half the money that we're spending now for healthcare for some, and that will be enough to pay for the other stuff.

What are you babbling about? Bernie Sanders is advocating for reasonable social programs to address the interests of ordinary Americans — health care, college tuition, childcare, etc. These programs exist in other developed countries.

I’m not even a Bernie supporter but it is maddening to see ignorant cons repeating disparaging nonsense using simpleminded phrases such as “free stuff” without any effort at sensible analysis of important issues.

Attacking liberals seems to be your only objective. Try ditching the propaganda terms and focus instead on actual ideas for social progress.
