What time is considered midday?

On my pill bottle it says to take one at midday, when is that?

    Midday = 12 Noon but say 1.00pm is still within range of course depends on if travelling over different time zones then adjustments have to be allowed OK

    Mid day would be anywhere around 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

    "Mid-day" is usually 12 Noon.

    Noon. But if you have lunch earlier than that, and it is to be taken with food, 11 am is ok.
