If plancks constant is zero would it be possible to determine momentum and position ?

Would it be possible to determine the position and momentum of electron simultaneously and accurately if value of plancks constant is zero ??

    Yes. If h=0 quantum mechanics becomes classical newtonian mechanics. Position and momentum could both be known exsctly.

    Note: If the speed of light was infinite, relativity would become newtonian physics and there would be no time dilation or speed limit.
