Can I record a song and use tv series clips to present it better? To make music video?

I m a songwriter and I want to record a song, but make a video about it with the clips from some tv series. Is it ok to make a short about 3 mins video and a song about it and monetize it on youtube like it s my song, because it is I would only use the footage to present the music? Do I need some proof for example that Warner Bross gave me the paperwork to do that?

    You have to get permission.

    Obviously you'd need permission from the copyright holders which I'd have though you'd be unlikely to get.

    Just get an approved liscense and agreement by all parties
