What would make a good story spin off if Co Bao had not met Rambo?

So I’m writing this fanfic and that I want to make a story about the beautiful woman from Rambo II, Co Bao. I really felt as if she didn’t deserve to die and that I thought she deserved to live...so what would her story be like if she hadn’t met Rambo? OR what would have happen if Rambo had not been betrayed and managed to leave while Co Bao stays behind...She really deserves to have a good story

    She would have met me online in another few years and come to the USA to marry me.
