EXCEL audit the ledger?
I want to audit the excel ledger
I first use the filtration so every parts with the same material number in a line would gather together vertically.
But I want the different clusters of the same material numbers to be separated like what the attached picture shows with empty rows. How to do that?

An easy way is to do a pivot table off your data. Then you can drag and drop the column names to group them how you want without affecting your actual data.
