If I dislike one gay person and I find the way he talks and his mannerisms to be annoying, does that make me homophobic?

No not at all..

Im apart of the LG(B)T community and even i find overly fem, high pitched voice men quite annoying. But if others dont annoy you then you may just have something against that one person in particular. Either way you do not seem nor come off as homophobic

Its fine. You will like some of them and you will dislike others depending on personality, things they do etc. What makes someone homophobic is if they hate all gay people. When gayness isn't the determining factor on whether you like or dislike someone you are not homophobic.

Well, is it that he's smug or that he's gay? I dislike a lot of smug people, and some smug people just so happen to be LGBT. Would you have a problem with him if he wasn't smug? If so, yes, you are homophobic.
