Right now she hates her mom. This behaviour is quite normal for girls her age. I know this is going to sound weird, but continue to be nice to her, and dont lose it.

I’m 14, I’m hoping I can help since most of the people answering this are adults and you’ll get a different viewpoint.
1. Figure out WHY she acts the way she does. Spoiled brats usually were made, not born. Did you give her whatever she wanted? Did your spouse, or other relative do it?
2. Understand that if you take away her prized possesions/etc to discipline her, two things will probably occur: First, she will have a negative point of view of you. Second, over time she will probably start caring less and less about the item you take away. I have Asperger’s and ADHD and I am not scared to admit I have my fair share of behavioral issues. This is what my parents choose to discipline me with and right now I really don’t care as much about my phone as I used to. So I know firsthand that it becomes less and less effective and more predictable.
If you have read this and have an open mind towards it, thank you for considering my advice and I wish you luck no matter what you do.

Take her on Dr. Phil and make her say something crazy, then you will be worth millions.

Take away a privilege. Dock her allowance. Also, temporarily confiscate whatever she uses to recharge her gadgets.

There's thing with girls - as soon as they turn 13 or so they turn into little b!tches. Been there twice.
The only thing that worked for us was to totally ignore it but also ignore their demands. Made them do their own laundry etc. They eventually grew out of it.

Explain carefully that if she doesn't behave you will have her committed to a secure school. Or better still get some brochures about boot camp and leave them lying about.
