GUYS will he come back? SHORT question?

For example, If I knew in my heart that I was not ready for a relationship, even if I met the right guy to want to date-I wouldn’t be able to give my best self because I didn’t want to be in a relationship originally. If a guy meets a girl and tells her he doesnt mind doing other things but that he’s not looking for anything more than hooking up, could he keep her in the back of his mind of dating potential when the time is right? What if he hangs with her-without hooking up after then talks to her for a month or so via social media/texting here and there then hangs out with her again. He’s made some sexual gestures through texting, but I want him to respect me. We have gone out 3 times and have only made out on the 3rd time. It has been a month since we talked, do you think he will come back around again And or would consider me dating material? I’ve also noticed he takes longer to watch my social media stories I post, I have to believe that’s more intentionally done than watching it as soon as you see it’s there. Do you think he’s trying to get me to notice?!
