Burger preferences?

I am not fond of them. But had. They start with small fish under 1 inch long. Mash whole. Add a mix of hot pepper & soy sauce, Some palm oil. Salt. Make into patties fry. Serve with seaweed flavored rice. Fish sauce is also used. Or you can buy bags of fish mash ready to go at the public market for this. 6 or 7 fish vendors there will have there own flavor to sell. Some has spiced vinegar in them. This is a popular food up & down the coast in the S Pacific. Type of fish can vary day to day as to what fish come in of the boats. May contain ray, squid, or shark. It is very cheap eats. Serve with lemon rice. For me when I need eat it.

I like shrimp in my burgers

Lettuce, tomato and onion. Bacon if possible!

Mayo, ketchup, lettuce, slice of ripe tomato and raw onion.

I like any non greasy burgers

Cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo
